This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products and services offered by Maktaba Quddusia, including digital books, online courses, and physical publications.
Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable books and online course materials are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical problem that prevents access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or, where appropriate, provide a replacement.
Physical book orders may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Charitable donations and contributions made to support our educational and dawah work are non-refundable, as they are applied directly to ongoing projects.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting photographs (for damaged items). Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method or another agreed arrangement.
